This past weekend we attended the 58th Annual State Convention of PEO in Blacksburg, VA. Convention was lots of fun, but it was a sobering experience being on the VA Tech campus so soon after the tragedy. All the businesses had signs in the windows that read, "We are Virginia Tech." As a faculty member, it is downright scary to even consider the possibility of a gunman on our campus.
On a happier note, while I was in meetings, the Masons had tons of fun tooling around the campus by bike. They found the Dairy Science Complex and a Koi Pond. Here are a few pics.
