M2 weighed in at 18 lbs. 3.5 oz. today. It seems that his weight gain is finally starting to slow down. Several times a day he will go 3 hours between feedings, instead of just two. Of course, as my body is adjusting to his changing schedule I have found myself suffering from plugged milk ducts. Thank goodness for the sage advice of La Leche leaders and the lactation consultant at the Birthing Inn. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
