The more I think about Apple's .mac scheme, the more it annoys me. $100 a year for one screen name? How hard would it be for them to give people at least four screennames for each subscription? AOL gives people seven. Most any ISP will give you four. But I'm sure I'll pay it. After all, I really don't want to give up my e-mail address.

So, Next month we'll be buying a .mac membership with one extra e-mail adress (so long homepage.mac.com/turnerville) and Mac OS 10.2 ... an extra $250 for our favorite little computer company. Blegh.

I think Apple should add blogging to the homepage.mac.com service. I bet they could do it a lot nicer than Blogger. The style sheets on these templates are all messed up. I guess I shouldn't complain, this is free.
